EDWARD ETA OGON

EDWARD ETA OGON, born on the 17th day of February 1963, attended Calabar Preparatory School, Hawkins Road, Calabar, Maryknoll Secondary School, Ogoja; Ratcliffe College, Syston Leicester, England, U. K., the University of Kent at Canterbury, U.K and the Nigeria Law School. He was called to Bar in 1987 and started practice as Junior Counsel in the firm of Rhodes and Rhodes before joining Allan & Ogunkeye. Mr. Ogon served as a Director in several Boards, including the Poverty Reduction Agency of Cross River State. He was the Honourable Member of the Federal House of Representatives for Boki and Ikom Constituency from May 2003 – May 2007, Commissioner for Works, Cross River State from June 2007 to June 2008 and Attorney General, Commissioner for Justice from July 2008 to date.
